    The best I can figure it out: the arbitration panel was set out to deal with disputes under one agreement between Nixi and Mitsu. Mitsu stated that there were disputes under a second agreement between Nixi and Mitsu. The court found that the same arbitration panel could deal with disputes between Nixi and Mitsu under both agreements.

    But from this it sounds like arbitration may not have progressed very far?

    Also, the point of arbitration is to avoid going to court - the fact that the parties have been to court numerous times already illustrates how high conflict this is.

    Thanks Jeff, I guess its wait and see what happens at the hearing in May, at least the occurrence of the hearings is a progress of sort.

    I cannot change the DNS settings for the Mitsu domains , is anyone else facing the same problem. In the control panel all the domains are showing as expired

    I think you have to write NIXI and ask them to change the name servers. Everything is frozen.
