Unable to accept offer on Godaddy auctions for selling domain

I have got an offer for a domain sale from Godaddy, and I am unable to accept offer on godaddy auctions and accept the offer. The Firefox brower is hacked and it is always redirecting to https://in.godaddy.com/help/godaddy-auctions-1000016
I cannot access the Selling List and accept the offer
Is this problem faced by others in India, or I am the only person facing this problem.
Any help will be appreciated
