GoDaddy will be taking a step to enhance security when customers call in to the support center for account help. At the present time, customers may call in to get technical support or account assistance using a short pin code to verify account access. Beginning in early 2020, customers will need either a two step authorization code or a physical security key to be able to speak about account-specific issues with customer service representatives.
