MumBaee: India's In-Taxi Magazine

In July, a fortnightly magazine called MumBaee will be available in Mumbai taxis. Hey, reading the magazine may help you forget that you're stuck in a traffic jam.

The magazine, which is in English, will be distributed free to members of the Mumbai Taximens' Union. The publishers of MumBaee are hoping to make money through advertisements.

”We have received very positive response from advertisers, at least for next six months, with the only scepticism being that it may be stolen or taken away by passengers,” said Mr Fernandes.

If passengers start to take the magazine with them, it's probably a sign that it's a decent publication!
