Namecheap cannot be accessed in India

I am trying to access Namecheap in India since I have a few domains for renewal. Due to the high court order, Namecheap is not accessible in India. Even the inbuilt VPN for Opera is not working for Namecheap.
Is there any reliable alternative method to access Namecheap without any additional expenses. ?

but according to the Namecheap blog they are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. It has not been resolved yet.
