How long should i hold it and how much return should i expect from this name?

Currently, its parked with Google Adsense, should I develop it or just keep the name only?

I think that it's a really good registration. Matrimonial type sites are really popular in India and this term not only has a good search volume but I think that it's also very brandable.

I'd say it's worth high $xx.
