.IN registered by Dynadot Staff

I have seen many .IN names caught by Registrant Name:" Dynadot Staff" then transferred a little later to the same person. Check today SILIGURI.IN. Has anyone else seen this, seems a little odd.

Never seen .co.in/.in drop at Dynadot and Siliguri.in was only registered yesterday 17th May?

probably, the back order services done by individuals are following this trend.

no back orders accepted by Dynadot. I think some body place a request through API it first registers on dynadot staff and later push the domain automatically into the real owner.
