How horrifying. It's sad that attacks like these are happening all around the world.

I happen to come across this Wikipedia article about the film called Black Friday. The film is about the 1993 terrorist attacks in Mumbai. How sad that history just keeps repeating itself.

That's horrible!! I'm sorry to hear this! Terrorists like this make me very mad; I wonder why they do this anyway.

Current toll has risen to about 225-250 deaths including, civilians, foreigners, police and military people.

Our weak government is to blame for this negligence. How can someone just enter indian territory and wreck havoc like this? Where are is the Navy? Where are the coast guard?

I fear such an attack will occur in America today. So many people out shopping, looking for good deals during the kickoff of the Christmas season, an attack could kill thousands.

I'm sure that something like this will happen one day, but why do you think today?

There are no words to express the grimness of tragedy that occurred in Mumbai. Whosoever were the attackers-they committed the most heinous of the crimes. Killing innocent people-what could be worst than this. People are really heart nobody will be ever able to forget it.

The court just fired the accused's lawyer as the trial was beginning:

AFP: Mumbai attacks trial in disarray as lawyer sacked

I would have thought that the issue would arise a bit earlier than that. This is going to delay things significantly.

    I'm also surprised to read:

Quite different from the US where lawyers will fight to take a high profile case and use it to advance their careers.
