No, I have not contacted Mitsu from some months now I recently sent an email to registry.in to change DNS of some domains but not modifications have been made after few weeks (they changed DNS of some other domains successfully on my first request some months ago).

Another sale for low xxxx USD lost because the domain is blocked. So far for me there have been 2 lost sales of low xxxx USD plus many other received requests that have been rejected. Who pays for this? :confused::mad:

After your notification I tried with firefox and I have problems too, I can't open it. Instead it works well for me with Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
