Threads & Users Deleted from the forum?

Hi,
I was reviewing my email alerts and replies to the thread, however now when I landed on Inforum.in - I couldn't get the thread at all. It was started by axehorror regarding cheapest domain name registration (#3177) ...

Now - I can't locate the thread or the user on the forum
Has it been archived or user deleted (and perhaps deleting the thread along with it? )

Just curious if it has happened to other users as well?

If a post is deleted, there may be a number of reasons why this was done. For example, spam, duplicate posts, or posting in what is obviously the wrong forum.

Users do not get 'deleted' they get banned. If a member is banned, it will usually be spam-related.

Please note that if a particular member has zero posts, his/her profile will *not* show up on the members' list.

I was just curious to know what happened. A little search on Google cache - and I know why he was banned - and thank you for the excellent and swift action!!!

I think when a member has made at least 5 posts, their name will appear on the members' list.
