I purchased these two domains last year. They are keyword loaded for the growing female consumer market in India. In Indian it is common to say a woman has gone "marketing" as opposed to the West where it is common to say a woman has gone "shopping".
I think that they are domains that are usable and could be developed into useful websites. However, I think it is unlikely that the domains would re-sell for a premium.
