Earlier, on the official site of in registrar. They show full process, but now I am unable to find it.

What are the requirements to become a registrar for the .in domain?

Fees, monthly/yearly recurring fees, minimum domain to maintain, etc?

Lot of registrar are on sale , you will save lot of money by acquiring old registrar , Today this is not viable to became registrar unless you are managing above 10,000 domain names , there are lot of compliances issue and above that every third day police department harassments, if you have lot money to spend on legal then surely became a registrar.

Just ask .IN Registry what are the registration number of each registrars , you will know the facts, we drop the idea it is not viable to be a .IN Registrar. Rest is your choice.
