Unfortunately, I think the hyphen really ruins this name - it's not worth much.

The name is too lengthy and also there is the hyphen problem.

The name would have been better, if it was something like

videoconference.in

I suppose it is already registered. Anyhow, both of those domains are lengthy.

I never go with any hyphen or numerical domains. It ruins the domain as rightly said by Jeff

I have to agree that it is a pretty long name and with the hyphen in the middle it does make it not really catchy. Maybe something like vidconferencing.in or conferencebyvideo.in
