It's a good phrase and I can see a large company using this to brand itself.

On the wholesale market, I think you'd have trouble getting more than low $xx for it.

If approached unsolicited, it's probably an end user who has shortlisted this as a term to brand under, so I'd pitch the domain at mid-$x,xxx.

good for a news paper website, news agency or some website that has a lot to do with rumors n stuff..hold on to this one till the time is right..not sure if you will get a lot for it now..
