Hello djidji and welcome to INForum!
The previous owner of the domain before it dropped tried hard to sell it at all the forums without success. I don't see much value there - it's unlikely a railroad is going to want this as a domain. It could be developed as a model train website or something like that, but even then, it's not the most intuitive domain for a website like that.
