Should a site owner offer page translations for visitors? Do you think that would help in any way in terms of Goggle ranking your page higher?

If it's a site that deals with international issues in any way, shape or form......sure. If it's a blog that analyzes weather patterns in Bismark North Dakota, there wouldn't be a point to it.
