If you have lot of work to finish fast... don't panic don't take up the trivia yourself, distribute and assign work to your staff members and monitor the task at regular intervals.Isn't it a good option?

of course it is. and i think that if you try to be calm and not panic, you can finish your tasks on time or even earlier.
