This happens sometimes when more people try to grab the same domain. They usually move the name to the winner in several seconds.

Agree with Kokoro, DynaDot doesn't catch domain names for clients. The whois info you see is an intermediate step to registering names. I've seen this happen when the server is loaded (usually when several ppl are trying to catch names , not necessarily the same name).

I guess, The person is using some drop catching software along with Dynadot API Keys
Dynadot does not have .in BackOrders,
I have confirmed this with Dynadot Technical Staff, in such cases, It will be API Keys which will be used.

I agree with ACE... it is just an intermediate step.

Though it happened with me once at Dynadot. The registration was shown in the name of Dynadot Staff, until my credit card was processed !
