How will the removal of 500 and 1000 rupee notes impact domain selling/buying?

I read an article that said you can still exchange your 500 and 1000 rupee notes at banks if you have your voter card or other identifying cards. Is there much black money in the domain business and how will this removal effect this industry?

I don't really think that the loss of those denominations of the Indian Rupee will affect the domain market. Most business is conducted digitally and that includes payments. It would only affect us if we were paying in cash, so to speak.

What denominations will now be in circulation? I agree with you here in the sense that most transactions are done digitally hence no need for the physical cash. What I'd want to understand is the effect that would result from the absence of lower denominations in the market?

I would assume none. They will just have to print more of other denominations to compensate for the denominations they have taken out of circulation.
