Interesting topic, and good article! I also noticed an increase of interest in .in from Chinese investors. Chinese domaining community is big, rich and active. I think it's a good signal to observe such trend.

In particular, this trend is visible for LLL.in and NNN.in domains. It's understandable since that it's the easiest way to invest in a ccTLD without deep knowledge of the associated market. We can do a fullscan of LLL/NNN domains to have some figures regarding Chinese marketshares.
