The term "hire freelancers" doesn't look to be very popular in India - there is a very low search volume and very few results in Google > pages from India. I don't think there is much to leverage here. You may get a bit over reg fee on an impulse buy, but it's unlikely to be more.

Maybe Jeff is right about traffic within India, but as a non-Indian looking for Indian freelancers I might wander over to an Indian domain promising freelancers. I think it has value, but won't make an estimate.

I registered the domain having same thing in mind. Many freelance sites out there are filled with indians, so i thought to make a site for indian freelancers exclusively and the service buyers can be from anywhere.
