The main issue with ccTLD's is that name needs to match the extension in order for the domain to have any value. This is particularly true when it comes to geo domains: the geo location must fit the ccTLD.
 
I agree with what the_poet says about geo domains.

Geneve.in doesn't seem to fit the .IN extension (although I do realise some people use .IN not just for "India" but also for "international," "internet" and domain hacks etc).

In any event, according to Google AdWords Keyword Tool, "Geneva" is still much more popular than "Geneve" including in Switzerland and France etc.
