I have a BIGGER and WORSE portfolio than yours but here are my two cents for you-

01.Does any of these have a parking revenue? IF yes ,then does it compensates for the renewal price?
If YES..then obviously KEEP them.

02.Have you received offers for any of these? If YES ,then keep them.

03.Is there any domain which you can develop EASILY and by YOURSELF.Then keep them.

IF none of these then DROP..but before dropping just email some end users that I am selling these for $15 only.Some of them will obviously be picked up.

All the best and I am gonna do the same for me too in sometime from now.
