I own erss.in and wanted to make use of RSS keyword to develop it for monetization. However, its been kept idle for a long time now and I still haven't got a clue how to go about it.

Perhaps provide a list of RSS feeds that relate to India. You could also provide details of RSS software that is available. Another possibility is to offer RSS icons that people can use on their websites. Sorry I can't be of more helpful than this.
