The quickest way to relax and be stress free would be stress management. Break the stress habit and learn to relax. We know how to treat any other habits but somehow don't know how to treat our stress responses. As a result, stress has become something we accept. We've learned to live-and die-with it, changing it is quite difficult.But, it can be done. Go about breaking the stress habit. First, learn what stress is. Second, by learning to recognize your own stress symptoms. Third, by making changes in your patterns. And fourth, by utilizing a series of quick and simple stress management relaxation techniques and exercises (I've read these tips in a book)
