Domain name .भारत / .कंपनी.भारत - Your Last Chance to Get in Sunrise "C"

Before we proceed we want to update you that domain name .भारत / .कंपनी.भारत has got good response from trademark holders and .In registry got respectable figure of applications, Mitsu till date submitted highest No. of Sunrise A and B application which includes top Indian Brands, Banks and lot of Govt. of India's Ministries.

We at Mitsu was not personally favoring that Domain name .भारत / .कंपनी.भारत will work but our estimation was wrong and response so far is above our expectation and it seems that it will also create aftermarket.

Domain name .भारत (.IN holders can get this) / .कंपनी.भारत (.Co.IN holders can get this) is now open for .IN /.Co.In domain name holders and from 1st October to 30th October 2014 they will get priority in registration. (Sunrise C).

Mitsu,
Any update on how person outside India can file Affidavit : to accompany .भारत Sunrise Domain Name Application (on stamp paper of Rs. 10 duly attested)?
Does Mitsu offers this as a service, by acting as an agent?

Affidavit : if you are located outside India , Just print the Affidavit on plain paper then Signed it and it should counter signed by any law binding authority or any oath taking authority in your country Or notary will also do, who will say you signed before them, this is just proof that you signed the document.

Registrar cannot file on behalf of their customers. We are requesting registry to wave off this condition but they say every country have such authority.

So is a regular affidavit from outside India acceptable for the requirement "Affidavit on Rs.10 Stamp paper"? I.e. the affidavit wouldn't be on stamp paper.

Can the affidavit be for several domains? Typically it costs $25 or so to get an affidavit sworn.

Paragraph 1 of the sample affidavit relates to trademarks - can this paragraph be replaced with a statement of domain ownership for Sunrise C?

You can edit the para 1 according to demand , this is just format by Registry...

Yes if the registrant is same in all domain names then single affidavit will do.

> the affidavit wouldn't be on stamp paper.

If registration request from outside India then affidavit can be on plain paper but make sure it should counter sign by oath taking govt. officials. Or just follow your country's own rule of giving documents duly signed before officials.

Mithsu,
Thank you for the clarifications.
Couple of more questions.
Can the 3 documents be scanned & emailed to Mitsu billing@mitsu.in
Instead of payment by Cheque or Draft , can the application fee be deposited to the Mitsu account
