Buying from India Portals

The people at India Portals (indiaportals.org) own a lot of great .in names, and there is one I am really interested in.

Has anyone tried to buy names from them? Before I go ahead and contact them, I would like to know if they are approachable or not willing to sell at all.

Were any of you guys able to make contact with Indiaportals.org?. Seems they are attached to the directi.com

I need to attempt at some of the domains they own. My price range can go as high as US $ 30,000 for the domain name I am after and I am happy to pay a commission to someone who points me to them .

The don't seem to reply to the emails.

Appreciate any help!
