Well i am from goa..and usually within the state the cyberculture has not developed, we still look for convienence over a better alternative, those who find an intrest move to hyd o bang o mum for furthering their career..
Also ive made and promoted several websites..i own eGoa
on a promotion sense, mostly if u want a gud response to ur site from d general public n tourists, u need a vibrant name which has words like party, events, vibe clubbed wid d name goa and most imt shud b dot com..even dot in is hard to promo in goa. Ppl just dont rem the extension.
Well as far as goatourism.biz goes u can develop into sum professional service for tourists. The domain looks n feels govt officiated. Goans get attracted to color..so a goan site shud have a colorful name.
