You should try looking at sedo auctions it would give you a general impression of what domain names in .in are going for and what people are willing to pay. Another good source is namepros, you might want to search and see for what price .in is selling for.

to maintain your PR rank you have to develop the site.. Your site has to have some kind of content for google to index. if you park the site google will notice a one page with no links or information resulting in a drastic decline in PR rank. So you basically need more content and backlinks.

I don't see much value in any of these domain names but you might have a chance with F1F2.info or 9998.biz. Both of which are 4 characters long but you will most likely make in the low xx nothing more. Maybe if you turn them into working sites they might have some better value.

Well I would say yes if you use the site and it runs similar to the business that holds the trademark, you could end up having a cease and desist order. If you are using the domain to resell I doubt you will have any problem. I would try to use it and re=sell as quick as possible.

What happens is users point these domain names to realy PR websites, like I have a PR4 and point a few domain there for traffic and google gives them a PR4 just beause they are cloaking the website. Us dnscoop.com it will tell you if it has a valid pr for or not before you buy.
