I m planning to create a informative website on "Evolution of Television" from "Black & White Analog television to Digital television to HDTV, LCD TV. TV has been a quite nostalgic to many of us. Still we remember those days when there was only one channel National TV (Doordarshan, in India) to Cable tV > DTH. Quite fascinating. Any suggestions and opinions?

You could do that. Any value then would be derived from the development you do rather than the domain itself.

I don't think the domain is worth anything. There are 16 searches per month in India for the term "digi tele" and only 706 references in Google for the term, so there's not really any demand there for this sort of domain.
