Just a rather popular keyword for software industry in Russia,
but looking at your question, i understand that it seems to be not so popular =)

No, it's a good name for a software company. I'm not sure if there are any trademark issues - it seems to be used a lot by other software companies, and there seems to have once been a major SoftKey company that went bankrupt. There is also an eSoftKey.

It could also be used for a keyboard company and likely many other things.

Assuming that there are no trademark issues, I'd say it's worth mid-$xx. It's a nice name for a company to brand itself under, but there are still lots of registration fee alternatives available.
