The Registry is holding a public consultation -

They are looking at amending the legal agreement for holders of .in domains.

Currently the legal agreement with registrars prohibits drop catching, auctioning and selling of .in domains at a price substantially higher than the MRP.

The Registry is proposing to extend this term to registrants as well.

There is a public consultation about this.

Please be sure to send in your comments! Send them to registry@nixi.in by 17 July at 4pm.
