NEED help JAVA problem

Well this is what i did, i tryed to delete java from uninstall 1st, then deleted the files in my c drive, then went through directory. When i try to reinstall java it says i have java already installed but it isnt. Its weird pm me if you can help me.

Is there any entry in Control panel>Add Remove Programs??
