Last week I gave a talk at NamesCon Europe in Portugal about how to better track your domain sales funnel using my new favorite CRM Pipedrive. For my first five or so years in the domain industry I didn’t have any system for tracking my domain sales funnel.
At about the five year mark I decided – I should really keep track of inbound offers and do a better job of circling back with interested buyers that might not have had the budget in the past, but could have it now. So I turned to trusty old Microsoft Excel…which I learned was a very clunky and manual way to track my sales funnel.
