The business development of this site looks excellent.
The actual design of the site could be improved. There's a few things broken when viewing in Safari.
Did you organise with these builders to list on your site? Were they receptive?

A brief guide for buyers and sellers might be nice (eg. tips, typical steps involved etc).
If the listings are for residential properties only, I'd make that a bit more clear.
Some users might find it helpful to view a map which shows the location of the properties. I don't know if this is something that would be hard to do.
