The abbreviations used by chandan mean the following:

reg fee - registration fee (ie the domain is worth registration fee only)
atm - at the moment
IMO - in my opinion

I am looking to develop this to get much traffic during April month. on that time I think I can get good amount of traffic and it will be enough to hold the domain for long period.
