No, as it is using the India cctld it can still be liable to be confiscated under current rules.
It's "the could be liable" that would concern me with such a large outlay.

Did not even make reserve at Latona last year, around $9K I think. I am sure the seller and buyer are more than pleased at this price.
I would certainly rate it a much superior buy to Sportsbetting.in

Went for very low price..For such a good name the seller should understand that if the buyer is already crossing $18000 then it cannot be a small party or company. Should have gone for at least $30-35k.
