I just came across a new Indian Website called Work4.in - Work 4 India. It's job portal for both job seekers and employers. Aside from job listings and the ability of post your resume, Work4.in has a number of additional and interesting features mentioned below.
A recruiter has the option of providing an online screening test for potential candidates. It can ask questions to test the aptitude and skill level of candidates. I think this is a great idea!
Work4.in also offers certain benefits if you refer friends to the Website. For example:
20 referrals = Free resume preparation kit
40 referrals = Free professional resume
70 referrals = Marked as a preferred resume & resume will be sent to all the consultancies working with Work4.in
100 referrals = Free guidance through out career
I don't know 100 people searching for a job/looking to recruit. Come to think of it, do I even know 100 people?
