Whenever i search a " whois " of a domain. 99% times its in privacy , that means i cant see anything. neither i find name or email address. Is there any other way to find contact information of a company ?

Other than looking at the website itself, no.
If you have access to domaintools historical whois, sometimes you can see that the owner initially didn't have whois privacy and get their contact information that way, but domaintools have gotten to be too expensive to use for routine matters.
Most whois privacy emails do work though - even if it looks like a random jumbled up email address: asdfarerwfsx@emailprivacy.com, etc.
