are you sure their are TM's..

now if he registered smirnoff or other brands of vodka maybe but becuase there are so many different types and companies that make vodka.. Makes me wonder if there is a TM..

in essence its like windows.. microsoft can not do you for owning windows.co.in but if you had there name in it then sure a visit from the men in black would be valid.
