On the Bidding page of flipping.co it states that :

"This domain appraises $1,840 according to Valuate.com

But if Check Valuate.com we get TvCommercials.co appraises $10

No, there is no confusion. Although you are correct that when you enter the name on Valuate.com you will get a lower appraisal, the appraisal you see at BargainDomains is assigned to the name during the submission process. Have in mind that BargainDomains and Valuate.com belong to the same person or company.
