The complaint was filed by Toshiba on January 2, 2015.
The domain nane was Toshiba-TDLS.com was first registered in April, 2014.
The National Arbitration Forum will examine if Toshiba-TLDS.com domain is confusingly similar to Toshiba's trademark, if the current owner has rights over it and if the domain is being used in bad faith.
The disputed domain name will be passed over to Toshiba if it falls under all three of these stipulations.
