Great and informative graphic. Thanks for sharing it. My opinion is that out of the ten that are listed here, the biggest challenge for the coming year is going to involve the security of consumer data and privacy.
Great graphic! I think number 6 is already happening though, and the problem with no 10 is whether users can be persuaded to care. Most don't, until it is their own data that goes walkabout.
