Nothing is wrong with the Mitsu.
Please find reply of query :
1. When you register a domain you get email confirmation of registration of domain generated by our system. Sometime it may happen that you get emails as delayed delivery or may be delivered to spam folder beacuse of the almost same subject line in lot of registration email.
But you can any time take printout of whois record and moreover you have transaction history with us , After logging to our control panel just go to MY BILLING > List Transaction and click on particular transaction and take a print out or save copy for your reference. OR write to us we will send you the confirmation of registration etc.
2. Again the forget password emails are system generated and same goes to your email address of customer account and some time may take time to reach, but in case of emergency we always welcome your email but we didnot find any email to support or any other email id of us from you and even not a single PM is sent on this forum to us ? We have given phone numbers too to contact but no message from your side ?
Since you prefer to come to this forum with your problem instead of coming to us for solution. And with your screen name it is very difficult for us to get details of yours ?
3. Our login pages are working very fine at
Register .IN and .Co.In Domains at Indian Domain Name Registrar - Mitsu.in- Accredited .IN Domain Registrar - India or at
Login Page , you can check anytime. If we are down for maintainance for more then 10 minutes we surely put such information on our login pages ?
If you cannot raise support then at least you can raise an support email to us ?
Now another point of us: (For all In Forum Members)
We are very hurt since last few days as we found that (not this particular case -dear freeads or any other member-donot take it otherway) some of the registrars are not happy the way Mitsu is going ahead with business in .IN name space, and we found that they are trying to make issues (even false issues) and instead of writing to us for any support or sending us details about their registraions or disclosing their user id with us etc. they prefer to come to this forum just to bring down our reputation.
In most of the cases we didnot received any emails from the customer , customer should first contact us and if they think that we are not resolving their issues then they can come to forum where members can decide our actions.
1. We are very fast in support and even members of this forum can vouch for that.
2. When our custmer's important domains are expiring we call our customers no matters where they located.
3. We are always ready to support our customers by going out of our limits whether it is a matter of INDRP process or any other issue with .In registry.
We are always prefer to give importance to our customer and we donot find that any other registrar takes keen interest in the customers well being, they do just business.
Today almost 7000 customers and 100 resellers across the 142 countries trust in Mitsu because of our personalised services.
Even today we are the only registrar who is fighting with .IN registry for the cause of all .IN registrant and save your interest (we will detail you about the same very soon), As .IN registy is going the .CN and .INFO way where lot of spammers are registring domains due to cheap pricing promo and in this way you people will not gain from the domains in long run as if registry is getting bad reputation, and ultimatly such things are not good for .In registrant in long run.
