How many actually sell the domain in the zone .IN, if estibot estimated at $ 10,000, for example.

Hi, Estibot is not the judge who tells you what to do.
Estibot is like a compass, which shows you the direction to go.
Let´s say you own the domain
cars.in
somebody want to buy it for 4.000 USD
You did a quick check at estibot which says 33.000 USD

You can check for sales like this:
cars.net UpMarketDNs $170,000 USD 2011-06-22
cars.asia Private $3,350 USD 2008-02-24
cars.net.au netfleet.com.au $5,101 USD 2011-02-21
cars.com $100,000 USD 2003-02-01

Now you can tell the guy, Estibots says 33.000 , but i have a good day , you will get it for 25.000 USD.
Or you can say: " fuc... y... cars.net was sold for 170.000 USD, i will wait for the right buyer.

So you have a direction where to go, it will save you to sell cars.in for 400 USD.

BTW, cars.in is redirected to a parking site isn`t that bad faith
