You need to check the keyword in the Indian TM database to make sure it's not registered by anybody. Better don't park (or list on Sedo) any trademarked domains although the ones bringing revenue are probably worth the risk (with the "domain for sale" link removed, of course).
I'm not an expert in Indian law but, to my knowledge, there shouldn't, at least in theory.
Some generic words which are widespread as brand names can be also in danger if the brand owner will prove the word is commonly associated with his product (but such products are almost always TM'ed).
The thing is almost all good names have 1 or more registered trademarks on it. Even LLL acronyms are often registered in many classes, especially the premium ones.
