of the 2 , the second one should do well, i would expect queries/offers on that name,
1st name would require active marketing at the moment,
would consider the 2nd a bit Hot ,

both are good names ,worth keeping for a while , reseller values are actually in the doldrums so, $xxx would be good in such a scenerio,

I agree with skyskipper , i believe the reseller values might be lower getting xxx $ is a good sale for a .co.in domain... however worth keeping for long term if you are able to hold..
