Please appraise Hotel_.ind.in and Hotels_.ind.in

Awesome keywords but probably worth very little with the .ind.in extension. Developing is probably the only way to go with these two.

Thanks, guys. Usually I don't go beyond .co.in (and .net.in in a couple of cases), but these keywords were too good to pass.

To date, it seems only one .ind.in sale has been reported, but it's a decent amount even for an .in and it's a long 3-worder: NationalCarRental.ind.in for $1,500 (October 2012) which gives me hope.
