starpoker.in 02.08.2018 Ms. Lucy Rana (assigned by Nixi) caught my attention in the pending disputes list. It is an active site operated by a Private Ltd company (KD Gaming Solutions Pvt. Ltd) with 4 directors in India since 2015 at least

There is no Trademark on the term "starpoker" either on USPTO or IndiaIP so cant wait to see who is trying to take this name via a dispute resolution process. Maybe a split among founders?

Any insights please share!

PS: Having recently closed a sale which surpassed the 2007 record sale price of poker.in - I stumbled on this related site while doing my research

Only after this post I found out this was in Round #2 - sadly the decision is IN and its terrible despite a strong rebuttal from the respondants in my view I hope the Karira brothers approach the High Court - the NIXI arbitrator is way way off and HENCE THE NEED FOR A 3 BENCH PANEL in this process
