It turns out that the domain name industry is seeing what can be known as one of the worst cybersquatting.
Six UDRPs have been filed against Yoyo Email Ltd, a company which supposedly planned to start an email service of connecting the companies directly with its customers and establish a communication between them, by registering trademark domains under the .EMAIL new gTLD.
The UDRP was ruled in the favor of companies who filed for it and six domains have been lost by Yoyo Email Ltd, including BaskinRobbins.email and DunkingDonuts.email
